PC-DMIS Pro Sophisticated Measurement without CAD

PC-DMIS Pro is advanced CMM software without the CAD.  Many manufacturers can’t or don’t need to use CAD files in inspecting their parts.  However, they do need a full-featured metrology software system.  For them, PC-DMIS Pro is the answer.  With it, they are able to take advantage of PC-DMIS’s most advanced measurement, analytical and reporting capabilities without needing to purchase a set of CAD capabilities of no use to them.

PC-DMIS Pro uses powerful Wizards to simply tough jobs.  Figuring out the best way to measure a part or to dimension features can be hard work.  The Wilcox Associates applications experts know this and have put together a set of pre-defined routines that make some of the most complex measurement jobs easy.  PC-DMIS Pro includes these routines as a suite of Wizards.  With these, users can work they way through some of the thorniest metrology problems with a few mouse clicks.

PC-DMIS Pro lets users upgrade their software when their needs change.  When needs change and customers have to use CAD in their inspection processes, the upgrade is a simple matter.  PC-DMIS Pro is CAD ready, and the only change needed is a simple modification to the portlock program.  With that, the software is ready to go.  Best of all, all existing part programs are fully compatible with the new software.
